Great Stay This is the ONLY place I book when I'm in Brooklyn.. It's clean, safe n close to everything.. The check in is very simple. It's a quiet, peaceful getaway n the host is absolutely amazing!

Luxury stay at a bargain price! We had a fantastic stay here! The host was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and staying in touch via WhatsApp made everything so easy. The room was quiet, comfortable, and spotlessly clean—just what we needed after a long day of exploring. There were also plenty of toiletries, which was such thoughtful touch. The self-service continental breakfast had a great variety of options. And the location was super convenient. a few blocks from Prospect Park and only a 2 minute walk to the subway, making it really convenient to get into Manhattan or downtown Brooklyn. We really enjoyed our time here and would absolutely stay again! Really a gem and an absolute bargain for everything you get! Highly recommend it.

Great find After years of insistence from my wife we planned our New Year’s trip to New York. Our search for an affordable clean, confortable place to stay led us to Imperial B&B. Our expectations were exceeded with a super clean, cute little cozy cove of a stay. We had a nice choice of breakfast starters with coffee, juice, milk choices, fruit and pastries. It seemed like a full house of guests during our trip without really any issues. All us guests being respectful and courteous with things like sharing the kitchen and bathrooms was easy. It really wasn’t an issue like we thought it might be. My wife is a clean freak and she approves this place and says we would visit again in a heart beat. The owner Fran is friendly and helpful in answering all our questions and making sure we were comfortable. The subway is just a 5 minute walk away.

My family and I stayed here for 5 nights and could not have been happier on our choice of lodging. Great communication from the host (Fran), from start to finish. The building is very secure and quiet making it a great choice to escape the hustle and bustle from the packed tourist areas for a great night's sleep to recharge for the next day. The location is ideal for easy subway train access to many sites and attractions all around NYC, as well as to the local restaurants, bakeries and grocers. The included continental breakfast has many options to please everyone. The Wifi was very strong compared to hotels. While the bathrooms are shared, there was never a line-up and they were always spotless. The decor of the rooms were great and everything you needed was available. You won't leave here without hugging Fran and the other guests as everyone felt like family and we all felt very much at home.

We loved our stay here! The rooms and shared space are very cozy and inviting. There really wasn't a thing that had not been thought of by the managers. The staff we met were extremely friendly and genuine. Continental breakfast was amazing variety of choices! I couldn’t ask for more! I will be back! I highly recommend staying here.
